Boulder, Colorado is an eclectic mix of environmentalists, yuppies, rock climbers and righteous bicyclists alike. The famous Flatirons grace the small town’s skyline and a sense of hippie capitalism fills the picturesque Pearl Street. It’s a unique place that sticks with you, an energy of nature and activity that is intoxicating…and makes it heart breaking to leave.

Urban sophistication surrounded by wide open spaces…A refreshing new take on a luxurious mountain getaway

The St Julien Hotel & Spa is the ultimate Boulder experience. The hotel is the crème de la crème in luxury accommodations, and boasts an in-house hotel restaurant for an incredible dining experience—no easy feat, finding a hotel restaurant that isn’t simply sub-par.

The town is a vibrant emerging scene for ‘foodies,’ featuring a multitude of nationally-acclaimed chef-driven restaurants, renowned farmer’s markets and numerous breweries, distilleries and wineries. Jill’s Restaurant, housed in the St Julien, is no exception. With items like reinvented tater tots with truffle aioli, tableside Filet Mignon, and seasonal corn chowder, the entire menu is playful and perfectly executed. The restaurant features retro-contemporary American and French cuisines, incorporating a modern approach in presentation with classic technique. Ask for the window table for two—worth the wait for an amazing fish eye view of Boulder.

Luxury and nature meet comfortably here, in everything from the décor to the stunning view of the Rocky Mountain and majestic Flatiron rock formations from your suite balcony. Within driving distance of the nation’s best ski resorts, and boasting more than 200 miles of public hiking and biking trails, Boulder is consistently ranked as one of the most outdoorsy and healthy cities in the U.S. You won’t go more than a mile without seeing a runner, cyclist, or climber.

Featuring 201 spacious and comfortable guest rooms, and six two-room suites, all accommodations at St Julien Hotel & Spa are beautifully-appointed with oversized bathrooms featuring slate flooring, granite counters, pillow-top custom mattresses and soothing textures that create a real sense of calm and relaxation.

It’s a luxury experience in the heart of America’s finest mountains—what more could you ask for? Approachable, casual, and still the most extravagant experience you will find north of Denver (and without the hustle and bustle).

Treat yourself. Escape to the mountains. Enjoy a new sense of freedom, style, and sensibility.

    Hi Jake!
The spa is amazing and we have lots to offer your wife while you are playing outdoors. Massage, facials, manicures, pedicures all await and you both have full use of the facilities during your stay if you choose!

This hotel looks gorgeous – I usually stay at the Boulderado when I’m in Boulder. I didn’t even know this place existed. How’s the spa (the wife isn’t as outdoorsy as I am…)?
